1] Distribution: Indo-Pacific
2] Extends long feeding tentacles at night.
3] Adult colonies have distinctive appearance, although colors are variable.
4] In a peak of popularity a few years ago, “Rainbow” morphs of this coral were reported to sell in the $1,000-$1,500 range.
